i just need some advice please my dog is well behaved at home even around my kids but when it comes to walking him he just gets so excited he doesent calm down ive tried sitting there till he changes his state of mind but he just keeps jumping and getting excited for hours please help any advice is welcome

Hey dude ur amazing im now looking to buy your training book but first i want to ask you a question.I baught a pupy and it is a Bouvier Bernois thata how it is called in french. when i go to walk with him , after 10 m out of the house area he sits don and refuse to walk any ferther. please help me. thanks verry much !p.s.: im sorry for my orthograph i am from québecBonne journée!
